ZHE-1200 mud pump for drilling rigs is a kind of multi-purpose horizontal triplex reciprocating single-acting piston pump, with four gear shifting and four traffic.

The flushing liquor used by the pump should not contain the chemical impurity, which may corrode metal and rubber parts, meanwhile, the temperature can not exceed 50℃.  If the fluid is drilling mud, then it is recommended to follow below requirement: 

1) Specific gravity: between 1.03~1.12, 

2) Velocity: 18~25S

3) Allowable sand: max. 4% in content, max. diameter 3mm

4) PH Value: 7~8

5) No massive mud clods, grasses, tree leaves inside the fluid
