ZHE-100 electric driven triplex mud pump is applied to geological and engineering prospecting, such as the railway, the water conservancy, the metallurgy, the build, geology industry and so on, which hole depth is within 1000m.

The flushing liquor used by the pump should not contain the chemical impurity that may corrode metal and rubber parts, meanwhile, the temperature is not allowed to exceed 50℃. 

While using slurry, the recommended specific gravity of slurry is 1.03~1.12, and viscosity is 18~25S, and sand content is not over 4%, and the max sand diameter is no bigger than 2mm, and PH value is 7~8. There should be no mud pies,weeds and leaves in the slurry.
