ZHE-800 mud pump for drilling rigs is a kind of multi-purpose horizontal triplex reciprocating single-acting piston pump, with four gear shifting and four traffic.

It can not only meet the requirements of a variety of new drilling techniques, but also meet the requirements of hydraulic percussion drilling, internal screw drilling, turbine drilling, common core drilling with a hole depth of 2000m or more, and non-excavation drilling rigs about 70 tons. 

The flushing liquor used by the pump should not contain the chemical impurity, which may corrode metal and rubber parts, meanwhile, the temperature can not exceed 50℃.  If the fluid is drilling mud, then it is recommended to follow below requirement: 

1) Specific gravity: between 1.03~1.12, 

2) Velocity: 18~25S

3) Allowable sand: max. 4% in content, max. diameter 3mm

4) PH Value: 7~8

5) No massive mud clods, grasses, tree leaves inside the fluid
