ZHE-450 slush mud pump is a multi-purpose horizontal three-cylinder reciprocating single-acting piston pump with four-speed gear transmission and four-speed flow.

It can not only adapt to the requirements of a variety of new drilling techniques, but also meet the requirements of hydraulic percussion drilling within a hole depth of 1000m, the matching of screw drilling and turbo drilling within a hole depth of 1500m, and the matching of ordinary core drilling within a hole depth of 2500m. 

The flushing liquor used by the pump should not contain the chemical impurity, which may corrode metal and rubber parts, meanwhile, the temperature can not exceed 50℃. 

Regarding the mud, the recommended specific gravity is 1.03~1.12; viscosity is 18~25S; sand content is not over 4%; the max sand diameter is no bigger than 2mm, and PH value is 7~8. Meanwhile, the mud can not contain mud pies, weeds, leaves etc.
